Our story
Founded in 2018 with the clear objective of being a strong arm for HCL LATAM, condensing into a single team the experience of almost two decades of its founders in CX and quality culture.
The idea was to give HCL customers a better way to talk about their marketing needs. Unlike other companies that deliver portal services, our idea was to be able to discuss technology, discovery and delivery, and to ensure that all our deliveries are stamped with our quality management standards.
The innovative environment, which embraces new support technologies, and the horizontal and decentralized management structure adopted by Ideale, purposefully make our employees and partners leaders of their tasks and responsible for the success of the service as a whole. And this is how we believe it is possible to grow, ensuring the same quality, the same young and fast-paced spirit, and the same importance for each client.
Our directors, managers and leaders were strategically chosen to bring with them all the necessary know-how for the full progress and conclusion of contracts. Each one with their own history and experiences makes Idelae a competent company, great in its purposes, and solid in its decisions.
